No, the online profile registration is free and can be done in minutes.
When a company advertises on Roo-Tam and is willing to sponsor a work permit and/or relocate
a candidate, they have an option to add this information to the vacancy description. Roo-Tam
does not assist with relocation, and visa sponsorship advise.
Roo-Tam is not a recruitment agency, but the job board. You will not be required to attend any
meetings with us, but you may be required to meet/e-meet a recruiter if the job you have applied
for is handled by the agency.
If your skills and experience are a strong match for the role to which you have applied, the
employer or a recruitment consultant, who advertise the job, will get in touch to schedule an
interview. Unfortunately, Roo-Tam cannot provide feedback on your application. We are simply
connecting you with employers or recruitment agencies. But you can always follow up with them
